E Z Nail On was designed by a builder from Concinnati Ohio. When builders started to install carpet over all types of floors it was easy to see that the old style type of door guide
did not work.They could not be made to adjust to the floors height with out using a block of wood .
Some wood blocks were put on top of the carpet and nailed down to the floors.Some put the wood shims under the cartet.How ever they did not work like they shoud. Some times the doore would be adjusted to reach the door guides. This caused the door to some time jump the track or the door would pop over the guides. Or break the guide.
With all the hassles spemding maybe one hour or more installing these door guide that still looked bad and not doing the job .
